This dealership was amazing to work with. I do not even know how to begin to express my gratitude for Dan Cummins Paris service department. I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership- had been lied to, toyed with, spoken down to. The list unfortunately continues. I called Dan Cummins desperately looking for help for a list of concerns and the unknown of the issue with my recent purchase. Not only were they listening to everything I mentioned, they also were prepared to look for issues not yet found. They set me up with a rental that was perfect and clean while they went to work. They not only fixed the issues I had concerns with- but they also took the time to pay attention, find and fix issues we didn’t know about. I was updated every step of the way, all my questions answered promptly. I never doubted or questioned a word they said. They were so knowledgeable- and so kind with how they communicated everything. They far exceeded my expectations. Casey and Tony were absolutely incredible- from my first call (almost in tears) to the day I picked up my vehicle. So thankful for all they do and for the kindness and compassion they have. Incredible team, incredible service and incredible individuals. You feel as though you are working with family. I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe in for service , Casey was very friendly and explained everything to me about what my vehicle needed . The repair was completed the same day , I was able to lease a New Tahoe so that I didn’t have to wait at the dealership while repairs were being made to mine, which meant a lot as I had worked the night shift prior to bringing my Tahoe in . Overall I found everyone in the service department to be super friendly and helpful.

Michael Powell was very helpful and professional. The whole transaction was smooth and faster than one might expect from an automotive purchase. I would definitely recommend Michael and Dan Cummins to family and friends.

Recently we sought out to purchase a larger vehicle for our family. Since we have purchased our last vehicle from Dan Cummins in 2018, my wife and I chose to go with the same route and began looking at trucks online until we narrowed down our selection. From the online communication to in person communications with Jarred Earlywine and David Sharp, this was the simplest vehcile buying experience we have ever had. Mind you, we took two (2) of our small children who are 2 and 4 with us along the way. With all this being said, if your looking to purchase a vehicle start with Dan Cummins Chevrolet.

Great experience, very helpful with scheduling, gave me a very accurate estimate for the required maintenance and had my vehicle ready when I returned to pick it up. Planned for next visit in the fall.

I recently purchased a 2018 Nissan with 68,000 miles from Dan Cummins in Paris, KY, on April 19th, and overall, it was a positive experience. Living in Louisville, it’s not a quick trip, so the eight hours spent at the dealership felt long but worthwhile. My salesman, Jacob, was patient, kind, and honest, making the buying process smooth and pleasant. The team at Dan Cummins is professional, courteous, and clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. A few days after the purchase, I noticed issues with the car—brakes failing, a shake and shimmy while driving, a stall at a light, and constant dashboard warnings. I contacted the service team, providing photos and videos of the problems. Initially, they scheduled me for a couple of weeks out, but as the brake issues and warnings worsened, I reached out again. They promptly got me in ASAP and worked around my schedule, which I greatly appreciated. A special shoutout goes to Tony Sinclair, who was an absolute lifesaver. His communication was timely, clear, and thoughtful, and his genuine care for people—not just clients—shone through in every interaction. Without Tony’s exceptional support, I’d probably have pulled all my hair out! He went above and beyond, turning a stressful situation into a manageable and even memorable experience. We recently purchased a new SUV from Dan Cummins and the experience was amazing. Trevor was our salesman, and he was great from the start. This was the second vehicle we purchased from DC in 2 weeks. This time from the Paris location. Justin was an excellent sales person - laid back, and made everything very easy as we test drove several vehicles. Adam took care of the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would always look to DC first when looking for a new vehicle. Oh, and their chocolate chip cookies are good too.

I went in for an oil change on my RAV4 , everything was great , but my truck on the other hand has been there for 3 weeks now!! It’s tough to get around with my business whenI don’t get no reasons just that the order is backed up!!

My father and i bought a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado here on Saturday (5/10/25). Brandon Hillard was extremely helpful, and very good to work with. He was not pushy and made sure we loved the truck we were purchasing. We did have a little problem with the guy that appraised my dad’s previous vehicle, he was rude and arrogant but sadly I do not remember his name. He is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Besides the encounter with him our visit was lovely.

When you walk in you are welcomed immediately. Nathan L. listened to everything I wanted and made sure to show me everything he thought I would like. The dealership has so many options!
