The Available Trims

For the 2024 model year, Chevy has introduced new features, including the Riptide Blue Metallic exterior color, which joins seven other colors in the lineup. You have two options for a two-tone Blazer in the form of an Iridescent Pearl Tricoat or a Radiant Red Tintcoat with a Black roof. The other solid colors include Sterling Gray Metallic, Black, Red Hot, Summit White, and Copper Bronze Metallic. Heated front seats are also now standard on every trim.

The trims that you can choose from include the 2LT, 3LT, RS, and Premier. You also have special editions for select trims, including the Midnight Edition, Sport Edition, and Redline Edition for the 2LT and 3LT trims. The Midnight Edition and Sport Edition include black Bowtie badging with chrome surround and 18-inch high-gloss black-painted wheels. They also have a glossy black grille bar and matching black outside mirror caps. The Redline Edition comes with black badges with red outlines, black exterior accents, Redline exterior decals, and 20-inch gloss black aluminum wheels with red accents.

The Blazer’s Performance Options

The Blazer has two different powertrain options and two different drivetrain configurations. These consist of a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that makes 228 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque and a 3.6-liter V6 that makes 308 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque. Both powertrains are mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission and are configurable as either front-wheel or all-wheel drive. You can tow up to 3,250 lbs with the four-cylinder and 4,500 lbs with the V6. If you opt for the RS trim, you automatically get the V6, and if you choose all-wheel drive, it comes with an available twin-clutch feature for maximum performance output.

The estimated fuel economy of the four-cylinder 2024 Blazer with front-wheel drive is 22 MPG in the city and 29 MPG on the highway. With all-wheel drive, the four-cylinder provides 22 MPG in the city and 27 MPG on the highway. Meanwhile, the V6 offers an estimated 19 MPG in the city and 26 MPG on the highway with front-wheel drive. If you opt for the V6 with all-wheel drive, you will get an estimated 18 MPG in the city and 26 MPG on the highway.

Comfort and Convenience Features

As a midsize SUV, the 2024 Blazer seats up to five people. That gives you two captain chairs in the front and a split bench in the rear for three people. An eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with power lumbar is standard on every trim, and the 3LT trim adds a six-way power-adjustable front passenger seat. Perforated leather-appointed seats are also a standard feature on the 3LT and higher trims.

Heated driver and front passenger seats are now standard on all trims for 2024, with ventilated seats being available for the RS and Premier trims. The RS and Premier also come standard with a heated steering wheel. You have an auto-dimming mirror standard on every trim other than the 2LT. A collapsible cargo area organizer is also available for the 30.5 cu.ft. of storage space behind the second row. You have cup holders up front, an electronic locking glove box, and front and rear deluxe carpeted floor mats. Interior lighting is also a standard cabin feature on all trims.

A power tilt and telescoping steering column is available for the RS and Premier. However, Rear Seat Reminder, rear air vents, remote start, and a cabin humidity sensor are standard across the trim lineup. Umbrella holders also come standard, while a universal home remote is available. On the outside, you have roof rails, automatic on/off headlamps, an LED lighting array, and an available panoramic power sunroof for the 3LT and higher trims. A power-programmable liftgate is also standard on the 3LT, while a hands-free gesture liftgate is standard on the RS and Premier.

Tech and Safety Options

There are numerous tech and safety features for the 2024 Chevy Blazer, starting with multiple USB ports and an available wireless charger for smart devices. You also have standard Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity and an instrument cluster that features a 4.2-inch digital driver display for the 2LT and 3LT or an eight-inch digital driver display for the RS and Premier. All trims come with OnStar and Chevrolet Connected Services for navigation support, emergency service access, and roadside assistance.

The Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Plus system is standard on the 2LT, while the Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Premium system with connected navigation is available on the 3LT and standard for the RS and Premier. The Google Built-In operating system powers all the infotainment suites and comes standard with a 10.2-inch diagonal HD touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.

Every trim also comes standard with the Chevy Safety Assist suite. This features multiple driver-assist tools, including IntelliBeam automatic high beams, Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking, Following Distance Indicator, and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning. You also have the LATCH system for securely installing child seats, as well as Teen Driver Mode; these are all standard across every trim of the Blazer.
