The Buick Enclave comes with a 3.6L V6 engine that delivers 310 hp and up to 266 lb-ft of torque. That might not be a massive amount of power if you compare it to something like a sports car or a heavy-duty pickup, but it is just right for a midsize SUV like this. You also get a 9-speed automatic transmission with this engine, which gives you a smooth ride that is quite responsive and a lot of fun to drive.

Like most SUVs, front-wheel drive standard on the Buick Enclave, but all-wheel drive is available for most trims – only the starting trim does not have it as an option. This is great because it gives you the freedom to choose the drivetrain that really works for what you need. The Preferred also includes heated front seats, a premium cloth seating trim, and an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat. Standard safety features on the Enclave include StabiliTrak electronic stability and traction control, LED daytime running lamps, and a comprehensive airbag system. The 2021 Buick Enclave also features a passenger sensing system to ensure all occupants are properly secured, plus an HD rear vision camera and rear child security door locks. You also get rear park assist standard in every model, along with a tire pressure monitoring system.
